RING PILLOW!

Mama S most graciously offered to hand make our ring pillows. And I of course was delighted to accept because she is so super talented and I love DIY (especially when I do not have to do it!). I am so excited that my ring pillow will be two of a kind, (we have 2 nephews who will be ring bearers) totally original and made with love. Please welcome Ring Pillow No. One:

The pillow highlights all the things I love about our wedding; personal, porange, and sweet.

Potential Pillows.

From Etsy vendor idotakeu, an example of what my pillows MAY look like. Like I said, I love the element of surprise in my wedding, from the BM's attire to my favors and now with the ring pillows, all of those unknowns are making the wedding anticipiation grow to crazy porportions.

Ring Bearer Alternatives

In case my nephews PatPat and DonDon decide to back out at the last minute, Franco is going to have to pick up the slack in the ring bearer department.

Have you ever seen Franco Franklin make sweet moonpie eyes?

Similar doggie bearer pillows can be found at Etsy vendor k.nine couture

Noventaitres Dias!

93 Days and counting down. The little details are becoming important now. There were so many things that I wanted to start thinking about but they seemed really too far away to be practical. You can't even get your marriage license until 90 days out, so all of the sudden 90 days is the magic number when in my mind, every thing can finally start happening!

I will be using ring pillows for the ring bearers (almost 3 years old seems too young for ceramics) but if I wasn't I would be using these amazing wedding bowls from Etsy vendor, Paloma's Nest

I love love love the be happy bowl, there are so many tender sayings that she has Incorporated into these works of art.

I especially like the Patience bowl because it is a virtue I am continually in search of!

The "P" bowl would be near to my heart, for obvious reasons.

Even if I don't use it for walking the rings down the aisle, I think I will have to get a sweet bowl to store my rings in when I take them off at night. Should I get P a matching one? And what should they say...

Adorable Porange Ring Pillow

Porange would be so cute for my two ring bearers! Ring Bearers - "RB B" and "RB P" - are Future Brother in Law's almost 3 year old sons. They are two of the triplets and their sister is Flower Girl "FG A",one of my four flower girls. Thanks for the etsy treasure from allofyou, Trollie BM!

Wedding Party!

We have yet to reach our goal of formally asking all of our wedding attendants to "stand with us" in our wedding. PdR and I must remedy this, but this week we have been as sick as dogs with hay fever or colds or some incredibly evil germ that steals your health on totally beautiful weekends. Once we recover we will be back on track with the asking. We will formally ask our flower girls and ring bearers soon, probably at Easter. I am shopping Amazon for fun books to explain their duties (please don't cry, freak out, or run down the aisle. Just saunter down and stay there, pick your nose if you have too, but that's it. Thank you kindly. Love, Auntie.)

Finalists include:

Babar's neice Isabelle as a flower girl, which, hello is awesome because it features elephants. Who live in Europe. Perfect.

For the ring bearers. According to reviews this is a better book than the one that instructs your ring bearer to, "collect 5 dollars from the guests at the reception, then you can go to the Zoo."
