I am pretty great at everything.

Except Iron on Shirt making, but seriously, I know I have potential to get better at that. I am so tickled that I am making my own bouquet and those of my BM's and Flower girls. I was concerned it was going to be super difficult so I had a trail run on Sunday to make sure I could do it.

I am one of the queens of research so I read a ton of articles and watched some youtube videos and then I set to work on creating my own bouquets. I found a great source at the SF Flower Mart, and bought 24 roses for $10.00!! What a deal!! The bouquet below is really simple but I think looks great and much more rich than 10 bones plus some change for ribbon and pins that it cost me to make. The BM's will have about 20 Cream Vandela Roses in their bouquets, the Flower girls will have 6 roses in a mix of white and my roses, my bouquet will be either Circus Roses (Bi color, yellow and orange) or Hot pink Ravel Roses. Whatever I find in the flower mart Thursday morning.



The flowers are one thing that was easier and way more fun than I had expected. I bought cute charms to put on the ribbons for love and luck so I hope the BM's like them. I think I will also change the ribbon to a fuchsia ribbon because the white ribbon made the cream roses look a bit faded.
