Fuchsia, Orange and Dyables...Oh My!

I am completely enamoured with the idea of wearing pretty wedding shoes that pop out from under my dress with a bright color. Logical colors for my shoes are fuchsia and orange.




My first pair of shoes I fell in love with are the cross over with little buckle that are so cute and almost art deco vintage feeling. These are dyable and the idea would be to dye them a bright fuchsia (which they say then can do!). A la Kate Spade. While I love the Kate Spade's the heel is proving a bit too high for me. I love my shoes just as much as the next girl but 1-my hubby to be isn't overly tall and 2- I don't think I have the will power to teeter around all day long on some stilts.

Which brings me to the next pair that I'm super excited about are these poppy orange pair from Nine West, a modest heel and fabric detailing make them so sweet and such a special color.




After some deliberation these shoes have been purchased and I am expecting them in the mail on June 8th! I might have to buy several pairs before I can decide but I totally love these so they will definitely be worn.
