Although there is an offical moratorium on wedding talk this week (GRE Countdown is now at less than 24 hours) the ruffles I'm seeing everywhere are an inspiration for my wedding bolero. I am having it custom made and therefore have some input into the final product. I have decided that I really love a voluminous and expansive look with the fabric. Case in point:
