Birthday at Boulevard

P and I continue to celebrate his birthday tonight by reveling in the culinary delights provided by Nancy Oakes and my favorite San Francisco fine dining establishment, Boulevard.



Let's start with the JAPANESE HAMACHI (Cara Cara Orange Carpaccio, Hearts of Palm, Japanese Cucumber, Pasilla Chile,Blood Orange, Mint, Cilantro & Peppercress)


How about we continue with CALIFORNIA LAMB T-BONE (DIXON) WOOD OVEN ROASTED WILD MUSHROOM & SOURDOUGH STUFFING (Crushed Red Potato Cake with Hazelnut Pesto, Zuckerman Asparagus,Morel Mushroom Cream, Roasted Lamb Jus Steeped with Rosemary)


And how shall we finish our gustatory adventure? I like the cheese selections but it's P's bday and I'm pretty sure he will want a little cake to top it all off.

Honestly, I can feel my buttons popping off my pants already. Note to self: wear a dress.
