Non-Matchy-Matchy Bridesmaid Dresses

The picture that started it all (Martha Stewart Weddings). Proof that non matchy is beatiful!

These girls look so happy and comfy and def. are relevant to one another but aren't clones. (From Offbeat Bride Tribe)

I recently had a conversation with MOH that looked like this-

BrideAttack (Me): "I have to buy a dress for a wedding that I don't think is going to be very flattering on me."
MOH: " Why, what's not good about it?"
BA: " It's just that, well how can I explain this...I have boobs. This dress has a low cut and I'm a little nervous about how the boobs might take over the wedding."
MOH: "I totally am remembering now that people DO have totally different bodies and that while I am always worried that I am not going to fill out my dress, YOU are worrying that your cup(s) will overflow (ahahahahaha)"

Which is all very true. And just one more reason why I have decided with the help of MOH that my BM crew will have the opportunity to pick out thier own dresses in colors that complement our wedding. Seriously, I can not lie to myself. I (sort of) know how to dress my own body and that is about it. I will not pretend that I am able to pick a dress that will be universally flattering to MOH (very tall and thin), MtOH (shortie and thin) or my sister (tallish and curvier). Please pick out your own dress and be comfortable, happy, confident and look good in the photos. Thank you. Love, BrideAttack.
